Great brackets
I bought these to install an old 4 x 6 hand hewn oak barn beam as a mantle above my fireplace. The look is great - the forge marks on the brackets is visible giving the whole install a rustic look. Very study. Only thing is we replaced the screws provided with much heavier duty lag bolts and painted the heads black. Would buy again no problem.
