Make an Exchange:

Seeking to make an exchange for a different size or finish? Please contact us to make arranges to exchange your items and have the items you seek ordered and shipped to your project.

Make a Return:

Our goal is complete satisfaction for our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simple let us know within 30 days of purchase.

If you are returning the item as a result of an error that we have made we will send you a prepaid return mailing label.

BRH Return Policy:

• A 0% restocking fee applies to returns or exchanges within 30 days
• Please contact BRH for an RMA number
• BRH does not cover return shipping costs
• No returns will be accepted after 30 days

Defective products will be replaced at no cost to the customer.
